DGI Associates was founded with a clear mission to provide support to information and referral (I&R) organizations by ensuring the integrity of their service directories. Recognizing the crucial role that 211s, ADRCs and other I&R organizations play in serving their communities, we understand that their effectiveness hinges on the quality and accuracy of their data. Everything pivots from the service directory including driving referrals from a contact center, self-help searches through the internet, and successful community partnerships. However, maintaining community service data can be a challenge amidst the many responsibilities data curators juggle each day.
In response to this challenge, we assembled a remote team of I&R data specialists and professionals equipped to expertly handle data management tasks and provide continuous updates on behalf of our clients. Collaborating with I&Rs across the nation, DGI has a proven track record of improving database functionality and service directory accuracy.
