DGI Associates was founded in 2007 with a clear mission: to provide support to information and referral organizations by ensuring the integrity of their resource databases. Recognizing the crucial role that 211s and other I&R organizations play in serving their communities, we understand that their effectiveness hinges on the quality and accuracy of their data. Resource navigators must have access to the most current and precise information to assist their callers effectively. However, maintaining and updating these databases can be a challenge amidst the many responsibilities they juggle each day.

In response to this challenge, we assembled a remote team of I&R professionals equipped to expertly manage data maintenance and continuous updates on behalf of these organizations. Collaborating with I&Rs across the nation, DGI has a proven track record of improving database functionality and resource accuracy.

As our organization has evolved, so too has our range of services. Today, our offerings extend to database migration and comprehensive overhauls, assistance in preparing organizations for Inform USA (formerly AIRS) certification, and consulting services.
