Our Projects

DGI Associates believes our services are much needed in the I&R industry. As our relationships develop with individual organizations, we are finding they agree that outsourcing data maintenance services is a cost-effective and time-efficient means of preserving their assets.

» Metro United Way

“Metro United Way has employed DGI Associates’ services since 2009.  At that time they were instrumental in cleaning up data as a result of a software conversion within a very short time frame, and in coding services with Taxonomy terms, which had not been utilized prior to the conversion. In 2012, DGI Associates began work on our annual agency file updates, handling approximately 75% of our total agency data. In 2015, DGI took over our entire annual data updates process, handling more than 800 agencies and their information that supports thousands of programs and services. As we move forward, we have the full intention to retain their services in that capacity as we look to restructure our service data to meet a new national standard.  They have been professional in their dealings with the providers as well as reliable and thorough in capturing accurate data during this work. DGI Associates has become an integral part of our organization. We do plan to continue to utilize their services for many years to come.”

» 2-1-1 Oklahoma Helpline

“Our 2-1-1 highly recommends the database updating and resource maintenance services of DGI Associates. Utilizing a dedicated contracting service for the annual updates of core services was a winning decision for our program. We were preparing for AIRS re-accreditation at a time when we had been unable to fill staff vacancies in our Information Services department due to funding cuts. We found Darcy and her team of AIRS Certified Resource Specialists to be a cost effective solution to our situation. They contacted agencies on our behalf, created standardized service descriptions and revised records in accordance with our new style guide in compliance with the latest AIRS standards. Because the DGI team has experience updating multiple resource database they bring a unique expertise to their customers. We look forward to working with DGI in the future.”
